Percept Launches “Percept Live” – A Global Entertainment Venture

Percept Limited has announced an investment plan of INR 200 crores into it’s newly launched global entertainment venture Percept Live. This announcement comes on the back of a complete restructuring of its businesses. Percept Live business will include all the IPs created and owned by the Percept Group, including IPs in the Live Entertainment, Sports, Celebrity Management, Digital and Media space. Some of the renowned IPs currently owned by Percept Limited includes Sunburn, Fight Nights, Bollywood Live, Lost Music Festival, Fan Football Championship, Champions of the World & Windsong Music Festival.

Manuj Agarwal has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Percept Live and will be responsible for providing strategic direction to Percept’s IP business. Prior to coming back to Percept, Manuj was CEO Television at Balaji Telefilms Ltd. He had originally joined the Percept Group in the capacity of COO, PDM in 2002 and in his illustrious career in the Entertainment and Media industry, Manuj has also worked with Zee TV and the Walt Disney Group, India. India’s first Sunburn 202 cafe launches in Mumbai

Percept launched Sunburn 2O2 – India’s first Music Cafe on July 11, 2012 at Raghuvanshi Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai. Perceptites gathered for a pooja ceremony which was followed by the grand launch of the cafe.

The Cafe offers a delicious range of F&B such as Sunburn sandwiches, pasta, chocolate tarts, muffins, eclairs, Cafe mocha, cappuccino, tea, coffee, juices and many more items to indulge Sunburn enthusiasts into a complete gastronomic experience.

Felicitations & Celebrations post PAC 2012

Percept held a special felicitation & celebration ceremony to commemorate the successful execution of the Percept Annual Conference and Gala Celebrations 2012. The get-together commenced with Mr. Harindra Singh, Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, Percept Limited, commending the collective efforts and dedication of the entire team associated with the conceptualization and execution of such a mega event. Mr. Shailendra Singh, Joint Managing Director, Percept Limited, highlighted the various complex and fun variables that created the ultimate magic called PAC.

This was followed by a felicitation ceremony wherein ‘Certificates of Excellence’ were handed out by Harindra Singh, Shailendra Singh and Sanngeetaa Singh as a token of encouragement and honor for the team’s exemplary performance on PAC 2012. The evening wound up with a fun cake cutting ceremony even as memorable and amusing moments at PAC were recounted by the Perceptites present. A great way to wrap up a fantabulous event!
