Sunburn Arena creates dance music history with the Swedish House Mafia – One Last Tour
Sunburn, Asia’s leading dance music brand, outdid itself once again to change the face of dance music in India to kick-start 2013 with a bang. The long awaited and much hyped Sunburn Arena series with Swedish House Mafia came to a stunning conclusion in Mumbai at the iconic and beautiful Mahalaxmi Race Course last night. Tens of thousands of fans flocked from the length and breadth of the city to the Race Course for the much awaited show. The SHM show in Bangalore on 21 January and in Mumbai on 22 January witnessed a turnout like never before and the Indian youth definitely showed the world how we party.
These 2 back-to-back events, along with Swedish House Mafia’s first leg in Delhi NCR on 18 November 2012, will go down in history as amongst India’s biggest Live Events ever. While the records are still being collated, the first indicative count from the weekday shows is an attendance of over 20,000 in Bangalore city and well over 25,000 in Mumbai. The Swedish House Mafia trios were themselves blown away, admitting that both these shows and audiences ranked amongst the best they have played in front of. It was an emotional journey that started last November with the cancellation of SHM’s One Last Tour in Mumbai, but finally came a full circle last night. Memories that will truly last a life-time!

An informative and impactful ‘Knowledge Sharing’ session by Paresh Vasa, CFO, Percept Limited with Perceptites on Friday, 11 January 2013 at the P2 Training Room, Mumbai, saw him share valuable information on personal fund management and advice on prudent investments. IBD celebrates its anniversary with élan
Team IBD celebrated their anniversary with a bang on the evening of 14 January 2013 at the IBD Mumbai office. Rahul Gupta, Director & CEO, IBD, was presented with a bouquet and greeting card along with a celebratory cake to commemorate the special day. This was followed by an inspiring speech from him to all IBD members followed by a fun evening of festivities and scrumptious F&B.
