World Gaming Festival to be held from September 23-26, 2011 in Casino Royale, Goa
‘World Gaming Festival’ – a jointly owned Intellectual Property by Percept Limited and Delta Corp Ltd is a skill based tournament, testing the ability and talent of the participants from around the world .WGF, to be held at Casino Royale -India’s largest live gaming casino vessel in Goa from 23-26 September, 2011. Post its debut in India, WGF will be implemented at various other international destinations. The launch of WGF was announced at a Press Conference on August 3, 2011 at the ITC Grand Central.
Mr. Narinder Punj, Mr. Steve Hand, Mr. Vijendra Singh and Ms. Mandira Bedi were present at the press conference to address the media. Mr. Steve Hand spoke about the World Gaming Association, nuances of the international gaming arena and how this phenomenon was going to take Goa by storm. Mr. Narinder Punj elaborated on WGF and shared some interesting details about the upcoming fest. Steve Hand, Vijendra Singh and Mandira Bedi chatted candidly on the game offering tips to win and later unveiled the WGF logo. This was followed by the photo opportunity, a Q & A session, and culminated with a gala lunch for all present.
Going by the details shared at the press conference, WGF seems all set to change the way people experience gaming in India.

‘Sunburn’ supports UNITED at Umang 2011
Sunburn – Asia’s premier Electronic, Dance, Music Festival supported UNITED’s initiative at Umang 2011 on August 17, 2011 at Narsee Moonji College of Economics & Commerce in Mumbai. For the first time in the history of college festivals, Sunburners experienced Sunburn in their college campus with renowned artists like DJ Shaan, DJ Pearl and Lost Stories grooving with a houseful of over 2000 students at the festival.
Mr. Shailendra Singh, Joint Managing Director, Percept Ltd. addressed the audience on the ‘The Power of Brand India’ and encouraged the growth engine of the nation - the ‘Youth’ to make a difference by being a proud Indian. The energetic chants of ‘Vande Mataram’ and ‘Jai Hind’ formed a vibe of Passion, Determination & Umang (Desire) among the cheerful audience. This was further followed by an exciting standup comedy act by Javed Jafiri that left the crowd rolling on the floor. ‘Suburn’ started with a bang as VJ Nikhil Chinappa took the crowd through the incredible night at the Sunburn DJ stage along with a power packed performance by all the other DJs. An exclusive ‘Sunburn Lounge’ was created for Umang attendees to offer discount vouchers on the early bird tickets for ‘Sunburn Goa 2011’.

Percept Out Of Home celebrated its 8th anniversary on August 20, 2011. Flowers, cakes and cheer heralded the occasion. All Percept Out of Home personnel connected on a conference call to jointly wish each other and partake of the glorious occasion. Sanjay Pareek, President – Percept OOH gave an inspiring speech to the team, making a special note of the team’s efforts and commitment towards the organization over the past year. This was followed by the cake cutting ceremony and a group photo opportunity.
