Goa : Sunburn fever hit a new high on Day two at Sunburn 2010 as Grammy Nominee & World’s No. 10 DJ Axwell took the stage to dazzle the crowd of over 10000 gathered at Goa’s Candolim beach. Presented by Tuborg Fun Starter Nights in association with SJ XXX energy drink and Gitanjali Lifestyle, Sunburn is Asia’s Premiere Dance Music Festival and World’s Number 9 music festival (cnn.com). The festival which kicked off yesterday was also streamed LIVE across 82 countries reaching an audience of 150000. Keeping it’s word on taking the Sunburn Experience to the next level, the festival this year saw the worlds top artists burn up the stage & floor. Kickstarting Day 2 were Vipul Angarish, Johnny Deep & Mash followed by a host of top performers inlcuding Lost Stories, Anil Chawla & Dale Anderson, Anil Chawla & Dale Anderson, Tuhin Mehta, Clement D\'Souza, Aly & Fila, Jalabee cartel, Aly & Fila / Protoculture Live, Reggae Rajahs , URI , Vachan Chinnappa, Axwell and Ma Faiza.

Apart from Sunburn Goa an elaborate lineup of some of the biggest EDM artists from across the world, Sunburn this year also boasts one of the biggest security lineups seen in the country. The event sports 32 CCTV cameras; a two level manned security, sniffer dogs, narcotic patrol officers, an emergency medical team equipped with a mini clinic, an onsite medical team, several medical consultants, 6 emergency exits & 4 watch towers! The event also has on call, a first of its kind Disaster Management Team in case or an emergency.
Sunburn Goa 2010 will also follow a policy of Zero Tolerance – ‘Say NO to Drugs’. With thousands of fans expected at Sunburn Goa 2010, the Sunburn team in collaboration with the Goan Police is taking all the necessary steps to ensure that the festival remains drug free and that all visitors have a safe and secure time at the festival. Part of this arrangement has also involved the active support of a very friendly canine team who will be accompanied by anti-narcotic officers dressed in plain clothes in and around the festival. These K-9’s are extremely playful, so do expect a warm welcome from them as they do their duty of sniffing out trouble and assuring you an enjoyable experience at the festival.
