Sunburn, one of the world’s largest music festivals keeps the pace high with unadulterated energy as it hits the high notes with dance music powerhouses of the likes of Kygo, with his India debut performance, Sam Feldt, South Wild, Blurry Slur, Bassjackers, Echofloat and Candice Redding. The ninth year of one of the world’s top 3 electronic music brand in association with Goa Tourism is creating a cherished memory in the dance music fraternity offering festival goers an unparalleled immersive experience, coupled with the very best in music across a whole spectrum of electronic genres.  

 

Day 2 stepped up a notch with an all time-high energy. With Goa’s very own darling Anish Sood taking over the Main Stage while somewhere in the distance, Avantika Bakshi owned it at the Techno Stage. Avantika played deep house, tech-house, deep techno, nu-disco & indie dance coupled with Sunburn’s fabulous and eclectic foray of special effects – “breath taking” doesn’t cover this experience. 

 

Sam Feldt returned for day 2 - setting Cubezoid ablaze with his tropical beats for Goa’s cold winter nights. Southwild the trance ace also hit the Psy Stage with an arsenal of progressive hard-hitters to an ecstatic crowd at the Analog stage.

 

The second day of Sunburn also featured the Norwegian DJ and record producer Kygo who came to India for the very first time. The deep house, downtempo hit maker played his #1 hit “Firestone” and “Habits”.  It was an overwhelming sight to watch thousands of people chant the lyrics and dance their cares away to tropical house beats. Audiences went in a frenzy when he threw in some Punjabi numbers and a remix of Aao Raja from Gabbar Is Back

 

Other artists like Blurry Slur, Bassjackers, Echofloat and Candice Redding kept the music and merriment going on, the Sunburn style.

 

It’s just not an EDM festival but the biggest party of the year with a larger than life experience. Sunburn Season 9 saw the largest artist village in Asia, elaborate food courts, Sunburn cruises, bigger after parties, open air movie theatre, spacious flea market and much more. And with the precursor to the way music madness has shaped up on the very first day, the next four days are sure to up the tempo all the way up to the orbit

 

The loving fans can look forward to Day 3 as that will feature Martin Garrix as the headliner, with the Russian beauty and Hindi film actress, Julia Bliss opening the event at the Main Stage. Other artists will include Aneyelator, Nelio, DJ Dee, Squidworks, Clement anymore ensuring another brilliant day full of high spirits and high energy at the Sunburn Goa. 

 

Ushering in the post festival madness are the after parties at the craziest clubs in town. Catch the after parties every night till 30th Dec at Hilltop, NYXE and Marbella with some of the best names in the business hitting with their heavy sets.
